We ship both within South Africa and internationally.

Yes! You will receive a tracking link to follow your package's progress after your payment is processed.
What if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?
It's important that someone is available to receive your order. If no one is at your delivery address, a redelivery may be arranged, but this could carry an additional cost.
Can I change delivery address after I place my order?
Unfortunately, for security reasons, once you confirm your order and it's processed, we're unable to make changes to the delivery address.
When can I return or exchange a product?
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged/defective product, want to return something due to a change of mind, or need a different size/specification, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.
How long do I have to start a return or exchange?
You must contact us within seven days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@rikagolfer.co.za with the reason for your return, whether you prefer store credit, a refund, or an exchange, and your collection address if you would like us to arrange a courier pickup.
What happens after my item is returned for refund ?
We will inspect the item. If approved, we'll process your chosen refund option (credit, refund, or exchange).
Are any items excluded from your return policy?
Yes, unfortunately, gift cards, caps, and socks cannot be returned.
What condition must the returned item be in?
To be eligible for return, the item must be undamaged, unused, and still in its original packaging.
